As 2019 comes to a close, The Street Smarts has a lot to be thankful for. I personally have had an amazing opportunity to mentor and place some exceptional College Students from diverse backgrounds, most of them being from under-served communities. This also applies to our International Students who are here on F1 Visas.
We believe in Diversity and Inclusion in all things that we participate in. We judge people by their character and not the color of their skin.
We have experienced so much growth since 2016. We have had a total of 26 TSS interns from 2017-2019. Three are now working full time in the industry and more will be graduating this Spring.
As we move into 2020, we look forward to placing 30 or more interns this coming summer. We have been able to place our interns into Hedge funds, Investment banking, Wealth Management, Retirement funds, Women-led impact investing firms, Emerging Managers firms, and Big 4 Accounting firms.
