I had the opportunity to celebrate Black History with the Bay Area’s Premier Black Professionals. This event provided an opportunity to ditch conventional “networking” and jump start this decade with tips on how to truly build authentic connections, and a more in-depth understanding of Diversity & Inclusiveness.

Your “Authentic Connection Coach” for the evening will be the eloquent Moiré Rasmussen. Moiré is PwC’s Diversity and Inclusion Leader for the Bay Area and the Northwest market and also has a new role with CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion. Moiré has also worked with several companies in the Bay Area to share best practices and discuss their talent management, on-boarding, and diversity initiatives that focused on reviewing and building their diverse talent pipeline.
